"A Traveling Circus, Dyslexia, & Boobs "

Updated: Mar 2, 2020

Welcome to my blog! I am so happy you are part of this new adventure I have embarked upon. In this blog I will be posting at least a couple times a month, and I promise to keep it interesting. Our family's baseball life is, by every definition, a traveling circus. We have travelled countless miles all over the United States in an RV with 2 children, 2 dogs, and a cat.

Adventure is the staple of our family. We are only certain of one thing: if we make a plan, something entirely different will take place! Every day brings the unexpected, and through it all we have learned to adapt, change, and grow. This is life. These challenges have provided us with real-life lessons that have enriched our lives and strengthened our commitment to living authentically. So, with a focus on health, healing, and improvement we continue on.

What to Expect

Expect the unexpected. We do! This blog will cover a WILD range of topics, all of which are rooted in wellness, holistic health, and self care. Dealing with topics ranging from Breast Implant Illness to Dyslexia, to food intolerance and surgery, we have found some great ways to improve our well being. I will share the knowledge I have gained through education (real world and academic), and showcase my favorite products and resources. The stories I share will give you a window into our family circus. Which leads me to mention.....

I am very private person who doesn't generally feel comfortable sharing personal things. However, I am choosing to do so in hopes that it may positively impact someone else. If it helps just one person, it is worthwhile. I lost my comfort zone long before I ever met a certain Mr. Phil Coke and I certainly haven't become any more comfortable since. Being outside of my comfort zone has forced learning and growing, so I recognize it for the gift it is. Because.... "Life begins at the end of your comfort zone"
